SILVERDALE, WASH., February 4, 2019 — Comcast opened its first ever Xfinity retail store in Silverdale to meet the growing needs of the local customers. The new 3,384 square-foot location offers a welcoming and modern retail environment that highlights the complete line of Xfinity Home and Comcast Business technology offerings.
This location features Comcast’s new Xfinity stores, which the company rolled out over the last year, centered on embracing and supporting the customer experience. The Silverdale store emphasizes Comcast’s industry-leading consumer product offerings —Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Internet. For local businesses interested in utilizing the latest in internet and technology solutions, it will also have a dedicated space for Comcast Business customers and prospects to discuss their business technology needs with an expert.
The design of the new Xfinity store features a number of technology innovations that make the shopping and purchasing experience fast, simple and convenient for customers. It will feature multiple service counters staffed by consultants, interactive areas highlighting products and apps and self-service offerings like an automated payment kiosk for quick bill pay. Further, a new intelligent queuing system means customers no longer need to wait in line.

They now have a fantastic new location to explore those options that focuses on giving them the best retail experience possible.”
Comcast’s new Xfinity retail store in Silverdale is the latest example of the company’s investment made in Washington state. Comcast invested approximately $2 billion in its network technology and infrastructure statewide in the past six years. Comcast has 20 Xfinity retail locations throughout Washington and employs approximately 4,800 people across the state.

The new store is located at 11467 Pacific Crest Place NW, Silverdale, WA 98383 - The Trails at Silverdale, and open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This new location replaces the Comcast Service Center located at 1225 Sylvan Way, Bremerton, WA 98310, which is now permanently closed.
